# Filter

> Filter your data by specific fields or values

Use `/filter` to limit which rows appear in your project.

## How to use

1. Type `/filter` and press **Space**.
2. Describe the filter — for example, *"only deals in Closed Won"* or *"payments over \$100"*.
3. Grapple creates a project-level filter applied to all views and charts.

Filters apply before aggregation. Remove or edit filters from project settings.
