# Big number

> Visualize your data with a big number

Use `/number` to display a single KPI — one big number with an optional comparison.

## How to use

1. Type `/number` and press **Space**.
2. Describe the metric — for example, *"total revenue this month"* or *"count of open deals"*.
3. Grapple creates the chart showing one aggregated value.

Big number charts can include a growth rate comparison against a prior period.

## Tips

* Best for headline metrics on dashboards.
* Wait for materialization to reach **up to date** before the chart loads data.
