# Bar chart

> Visualize your data with a bar chart

Use `/bar` to create a bar chart from your project data.

## How to use

1. Type `/bar` and press **Space**.
2. Describe what to visualize — for example, *"deals won by rep this quarter"*.
3. Grapple creates the chart and navigates you to it.

Or pick **Create from View** to build a chart from an existing view without writing a new prompt.

## Tips

* Wait for materialization to reach **up to date** before the chart loads data.
* Edit the chart's underlying view to change groupings or measures.
